Children of Armenia: A Forgotten Genocide and the Century-Long Struggle for Justice
Michael Bobelian

Riveting and exhaustively researched, Children of Armenia: A Forgotten Genocide and the Century-Long Struggle for Justice, by journalist and lawyer Michael Bobelian, is the first book to trace this post-Genocide history. In his investigation of the near-century denial of justice, Bobelian profiles the leading players--Armenian activists and assassins, Turkish diplomats, U.S. officials--each of whom played a major role in furthering or opposing the Armenian cause, and reveals, for the first time, the events that have conspired to eradicate the "hidden holocaust" from the world's memory, including a profound shift in U.S. foreign policy, beginning in the 1920s, that has helped stymie any attempt to hold Turkey accountable for its crimes against humanity.
