About 700 schools from across Armenia, Karabakh and Javakhk competed in the annual event which fosters new talent and helps to maintain Armenia's leading position in the world chess community.
Next week, with Europeans heading to the polls, AGBU Europe has launched a pre-electoral campaign asking candidates in the European elections for their positions on seven key issues that impact Armenia, Karabakh and Armenians in Europe.
For those traveling to Chicago in July for the highly anticipated FOCUS 2009 biennial event, hotel & event registration forms are online...book today as 50% of the hotel rooms have already been booked and tickets for all events are selling fast!
