As February melts into March, students everywhere are preparing to experience AGBU’s action-packed Summer 2008 in Armenia. From internships in Yerevan to a tour of Armenia & Karabakh with fellow teens, there is something for everyone of Armenian heritage.

This week we also announce that a brand-new AGBU Summer Program in Armenia at the American University of Armenia has been established. The summer study abroad program is in collaboration with Yerevan State University, State Engineering University of Armenia and Yerevan State Medical University. Designed to allow college students from around the world to study in Yerevan for a semester, those interested in participating should email for more information.

In other AGBU news, Sydney showcased the art & designs of Kevork Shadoyan during a successful series of events, Montreal hosted Raymond Kevorkian of the Nubarian Library in Paris for lectures, and the AGBU Children’s Centers gave a colorful Armenian Christmas concert at the Yerevan Opera House late last month.
